2.Is it safe to travel during Pregnancy?

You can safely travel throughout your Pregnancy till 3rd trimester (30 weeks of Pregnancy); unless recommended otherwise due to high risk Pregnancy.

3.Tips that can assist me stay comfy during Office Work?

• Take short walk after every 2-3 hrly.

Instead, you must think of consuming TWICE as Healthy. ".

CALORIE INTAKE: The normal requirement during Pregnancy is 300- 400 Kcal each day over & & above your regular intake. Daily calorie count must remain in the range of 2200- 2500 Kcal daily for singleton pregnancy.

In case of twins or triplet Pregnancy, an additional 300 Kcal each day for each fetus.
